Mental Health Support Groups

A support group is a gathering of individuals who share a common goal. In a group setting individuals are able to express how they feel and what they do to cope.

The following support groups are available in Lenawee County at no cost. Some offer childcare. Take and look and see if any of these groups could be helpful to you or someone you know.
